We are a direct-care practice and do not contract with any insurance plans, including Medicare or Medicaid. Payment is due in full at the time of your visit. While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we can provide an itemized "Superbill" upon request which you may submit to your carrier to seek potential reimbursement using your out-of-network benefits.
