You will always be seen by Dr. Cheng personally. We do not utilize Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), or other mid-level providers. Every aspect of your clinical care and communication is handled directly by your physician.

We are not contracted with commercial insurance plans or Medicare/Medicaid. Following your visit, we can provide you with a “superbill” that can be submitted to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Absolutely. While our practice operates on a fee-for-service or out-of-network model for our professional time and expertise, your insurance remains fully functional for external services.

Dr. Cheng is fluent in English and Mandarin. For all other languages, we recommend that patients who are not comfortable in English bring a translator or a bilingual family member to their appointment.

To ensure your safety and the highest standard of care, any new symptoms, medication changes, or dosage adjustments require a follow-up appointment. This allows Dr. Cheng to personally evaluate your progress, accurately diagnose new concerns, and discuss the clinical reasoning for any treatment changes with you directly.

Fee Schedule
We are a direct-pay practice and do not contract with any insurance plans, including Medicare or Medicaid. Payment is due in full at the time of your visit. While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we can provide an itemized "Superbill" upon request which you may submit to your carrier to seek potential reimbursement using your out-of-network benefits.
